USAGE OF ANASTASIA FRANK´S ARTWORK
Before using the images, please respect Anastasia Frank's work, who puts her spirit, her skills and material effort into these artworks and respect copyright laws.
Anastasia Frank reserves all copyrights and reproduction rights. These artworks cannot be used without the artist´s written consent.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:
1. RESTRICTED USE ON THE WEBSITE:
Only max. 2 (two) images can be used on a personal (non-commercial) website, provided a link to www.anastasiafrank.de or the sign "© Anastasia Frank" is visible with the image.
* Images may not be used on websites that are considered inappropriate.
* Images may not be modified, colored, animated, adapted, collaged or changed in any way.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA (Instagram, Facebook ect.):
Images are welcome to be used on social media, but the Anastasia Frank website "www.anastasiafrank.de" or the sign "© Anastasia Frank" must be visible in the description.
Using in commercial sites or groups is NOT permitted without licensing.
3. WORKSHOP OR LECTURE:
Images of Anastasia Frank can be used in workshops, lectures or presentations, provided the artist name is mentioned and/or the website "www.anastasiafrank.de" is displayed. NO permission to offer presentations for sale or post on the Internet. Images may be copied from a book or the Internet, but may only be used for the lecture or workshop. Fliers, physical print-outs or reproductions of any kind are NOT permitted.
4. BOOKS etc. :
If art is intended to accompany an interview or article featuring or discussing Anastasia Frank´s artwork, jpgs will be provided and the use is free.
5. PUBLICATIONS FOR SALE:
Anastasia Frank offers the use of her artwork (an existing painting) for CDs, book covers and product labels for a license fee.

6. EVENT PROMOTION:
For use in event production (flyers / posters, websites, event pages, tickets, etc.), a license fee per image is levied, depending on whether the project is profit-oriented, how large will the scope and how big will be the event capacity. Please contact info@anastasiafrank.de .

The use of the authorization only applies to advertising material. Any prints or uses beyond this must be further negotiated and approved by Anastasia Frank and do not contain any goods or products to be sold.
7. TATTOOS:
A tattoo can be made free of charge from Anastasia Frank's art. Please send a high-quality photo of the finished tattoo with your name to info@anastasiafrank.de (photo in progress also requested, but optional).
8. CUSTOM ARTWORK & COMMISSIONS:
Anastasia Frank doesn´t take on customized work (portraits, book covers, CDs, tattoo designs, etc.).
But if your project inspires her and she can work with the timing and availability, she is always open to ideas. For a discussion of ideas, please send an email to info@anastasiafrank.de .
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Anastasia Frank doesn´t accept returns and exchanges.
10. USE PERMIT IS NOT GRANTED FOR:
Anastasia Frank does NOT grant reproduction rights for the use of her art on materials such as brochures, business cards, brochures that promote private practice of any kind unless otherwise authorized in writing (a license fee may be required).
No permission to reproduce for use in self-published books, workbooks, or CDs is granted without written permission (a license fee may be required).
